Renda's Chicken Cheese Enchiladas

8 oz. light cream cheese (softened)

1 1/2 C. shredded cheese

1/2 C. sour cream

1 1/3 C. salsa

2 C. chicken fajita strips (thawed)

6 large tortillas

Mix cream cheese, 1 C. shredded cheese, sour cream, 1/3 C. salsa, and chicken in small bowl.  Add approx. 1/4 C. of mixture in each tortilla, and roll.  Place seam-side down in a lightly greased 9x13 pan.  Top with remaining salsa and cheese.  Cover and bake for 25 min. @ 350.  Uncover and bake 5-10 min until done.  Serve with additional cheese, sour cream, and/or salsa.
